W(illiam) T(homas) Blanford described a new species of babbler of the genus Trochalopteron (Garrulax) in 1869. Keulemans issued the plate for it (though it is not cited in Coldewey and Keulemans, Feathers to Brush), and two further examples of his work appeared three years after in this same journal when Blanford published a report on the birds of Sikkim.
